Since 2002, Algharib & Partners LLC has been guided by a clear vision: to provide high-quality legal services founded on professionalism, experience and trust, while continuously adapting to developments taking place in the legal profession, both locally and internationally.
The firm began its journey in the United Arab Emirates and subsequently expanded its professional presence through its offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Over the years, we have also established a broad network of cooperation and professional relationships with law firms in a number of Arab and foreign jurisdictions, including the Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, Sudan, Kenya, Greece and other countries.

Throughout this journey, we have remained committed to expanding our professional presence beyond local borders through engagement with leading international legal institutions and organisations.
Members of our team have obtained memberships and established professional affiliations with internationally recognised organisations, including the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and other international professional institutions.
The firm's recent registration with the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts represents another significant milestone in our development. It reflects the evolution of Algharib & Partners LLC from a locally established practice into a legal institution with an increasingly international outlook.

The remarkable progress being made by the United Arab Emirates in artificial intelligence and digital transformation requires legal institutions to become an active part of this future rather than simply observe it.
Accordingly, Algharib & Partners LLC is developing a gradual programme for the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into its operations, with the aim of enhancing legal research, information analysis, file management, operational efficiency and the quality of services provided to our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professional responsibility and legal ethics.
